Lets Chat is the front door to Granite Tech for managed IT, business phone systems, cybersecurity, and structured cabling, whether you are scoping a project, comparing providers, or dealing with something that broke this morning. A real person on our team replies within one business day, often the same day.
If you don’t need it, we’ll tell you.
New conversations go to Bailey or the main line. Existing customers get the fastest help through a support ticket or a call. Every option reaches a person on our team, not an offshore call center.
Planning a managed IT, phone, security, or cabling project? Send Bailey the details through our contact form, and she or someone on our team follows up to set up a discovery call.

Our team covers managed IT, business phone systems, cybersecurity, and structured cabling across Montana, with enterprise voice for Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Offices are open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the Spokane voice team keeps the same hours on Pacific time.
Bailey Elliott handles first conversations about new projects and new services. It helps to have these on hand:

A phone call is the fastest path to triage when a system, phone line, or network is down, or when you suspect a security incident. When you call, tell us:

Most messages get a response within one business day, often the same day. If your situation is urgent, such as a system outage, a security incident, or a phone system that is down, call 406-505-5061 directly instead of using the form so we can start triage right away.
No. Many of our conversations start as research, a second opinion, or planning for a future project, and there is no obligation to commit to anything. We give you straight answers on whether we are the right fit, and if we are not, we will tell you that too.
Pricing depends on your team size, the services you need, and the complexity of your environment. Managed IT typically scales per user, voice systems scale per phone or seat, and cabling and project work are scoped individually. The discovery call gives us enough information to send you an accurate written proposal.
Most ongoing services run on standard agreements with reasonable terms. Project work, such as cabling, voice cutovers, and surveillance installs, is scoped per project with no ongoing commitment. We walk you through every term in the proposal so there are no surprises.
We serve Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and the Tri-Cities with enterprise voice and UCaaS. Managed IT is not offered in those markets because we do not have local field technicians outside Montana. For voice questions, call our Spokane team at 509-461-3265.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and closed on weekends. The Spokane voice team keeps the same hours on Pacific time. Managed IT clients have 24/7 monitoring as part of their service, and urgent issues should go to 406-505-5061.
Whether you are scoping a project, evaluating providers, or dealing with an outage, we will help you figure out the right next step. No pitch deck and no pressure, just straight answers from a Montana team.
